I was having work done at Speedy Auto Service just down the street this morning, and decided to go to Tim's a few doors over. I... have to say that this is one of the cleanest Tim's that I've been in, in a long time!!! While I was having breakfast, I had thepleasure of listening to a gentleman who was working the drive-thru window, and his interactions with people at the drive-thru.He was so pleasant, personable, polite, offered help, communicated with his kitchen team out loud, . . . It was incredibly niceto hear somebody who really gets the customer service ethics and personality, and who practices it! I font know if the gentlemanwas a supervisor or a manager, or even the owner, but his customer service practices were absolutely outstanding and the wholeteam worked as a unit together and communicating with eachother!!! Went through the drive thru and ordered a sesame bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese and a Boston cream donut. Glad I... checked the bagel before driving away. The bagel was squished from all sides and there was way too much cream cheese (more creamcheese than bagel itself). The cream cheese was all around the outside. I asked for a new one, which I hate doing that in adrive thru. I told the employee that it was unacceptable to give out a bagel like this. She said it was because the bagel wasfresh. When I got home I decided to eat my Boston cream donut. The donut was rock hard all around the edges and bottom, like ithad been sitting out for a day or two. This used to be my favorite Tim Hortons, but I will drive elsewhere from now on as theservice is no longer what it used to be. Read more
