I got a triple triple from this place and they had a usb or iphone charging piece in my coffee i drank it all till i finnaly... seen it luckily i didnt swallow and choke on it Then i called them to complain and this guy said no sir sorry our coffeemachine dosnt make iphone chargers in his words Would never go to this place ever Read more
My daughter order a drink and they were taking a long time to make it, even people in line were annoyed and left. Two young people not interested in being polite or providing good customer service. Not the usual guy that would be working... whenever I went there. Used to be my favorite Timmies until today. Girl screwed up my order (3 coffees). She didn't even finishmaking them before she wandered away. Guy argued with me when I told him that he gave me the wrong size decaf and when I askedwhere my other 2 coffees were. They were so disorganized and it took almost 20 min to get my coffees. Ended up throwing thecoffees out when I got home because they tasted awful; very weak, almost watered down. Will never go back. The only reason Igave them one star is because I had to click it before I could post. Definitely a zero star experience. Read more
Efficient and friendly staff here. Coffee and sandwiches are great and the drive-through moves quickly. This Tim Horton's gets... the order right and there is lots of free parking available. Washrooms are always clean and fresh. One of my favourite"Tim's." Read more
Tim Hortons has really degraded. With the exception of the breakfast sandwiches, the food has become just terrible. The donuts... are small and flavorless now. The coffee has even changed for the worse... I don't know how a COFFEE shop could allow theircoffee to get so bad. I usually go elsewhere now. Read more
Saturday morning just doing a bit of shopping and decided to get that morning tea in meas I do so. Tim's, which is to be open... for 8...isn't. Finally at 815 someone sauntered in...I was ignored for 10 minutes. I get it...they gotta do some brewing donefirst...at the 15 minute mark I ask the lone girl for service. She remarks in a few minutes....I purchase my teaeventually...no thank you, no sorry for the wait...nothing. As I write this a mother and 2 child are waiting and yelling helloto only fall on deaf ears. Their business motto should be "Why are you here?"
