We usually good service here but today I asked for a side of ham (ordering a ham sub) in a bag which I have done many times at... this location and every other subway I've been to. Employee didn't acknowledge my request and put extra ham in the sub. I askedagain and she proceeded to give me a side of mayo. I said do you not understand that I want extra ham on the side? She didn'treply but the other employee said they don't do that and it's a rule. I said I have always asked and never had issues. He veryarrogantly told me again they can't sell a side of ham. I asked for the manager and he said he was. Mandeep is his name and hethen ignored me. I said I would complain to subway and I have. Unfortunately we won't be going back to this location. First time here. Not a good impression, the fountain machine had NO ice. My drink was gross because it was extremely HOT. I... didn't enjoy anything. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and grilled and when I got it, it was ONLY toasted, my sandwich wasextremely salty. I couldn't finish it. Read more
Avoid this subway specially if you are vegetarian . i went to by subway around 8:15 pm today ( oct 15th ) and noticed employee... let fall chicken pieces in the lettuce bin and just took them off . he didn't bother to change the lettuce which wascontaminated with chicken. when i asked he said this is allowed and very usual to get mixed non-veg with vegetable. so manyvegetarian might be eating non veg unknowingly. may be vegetarians should stopped eating subway . The manager and assistant manager at this location are the ruddiest I?ve ever seen! Manager was handling a situation with a... little bit of rudeness and then the assistant manager jumped in when it was not called for and made the situation worst! I?veworked retail all my life and when a manager is dealing with a customer, the assistant manager should not chime in when they arenot asked to help! And a manager should allow the customer to finish what they are trying to explain before they say anythingand to never tell them to stop talking. I'm appalled at what was inside my sandwich. As soon as I took the first bite, all I could taste was rot; lettuce rot. So I... opened it up and, sure enough, HALF of the lettuce was yellow, then slimy brown. I ordered a BLT with just lettuce, mayo, andextra crispy bacon. I found two chunks of green pepper in it; which was very overpowering. I'm completely disgusted and can'tget that rotten lettuce taste out of my mouth; very disappointed. Half the sub went into the trash can. My drink was flat aswell. Staff had a difficulty understanding my son has an allergy to butts & egg so all foods he eats must not touch egg . Like knives... that have touched other sauce dressings that contains egg should not be used after you ask them for nut free or egg free we alsohad to ask them to change or replace there gloves. They also charged us extra on my orders I did not ask for like extra chickenand cookies. For 2 salads, and 1 wrap costed us just under $40??? Read more
