Wont actually give you double meet. ordered a bunch of times through uber too. and never get double meat. Just go to one of the... 3 near by locations. ordered a 6 inch with double meat. a new employee gave me 2 scoops of meat as you would expect. theperson trainer her told her no thats too much. dumped all the meat off and said if someone asks for double meat to give them oneheaping scoop. when i asked why am i paying for double but not getting double. the trainer just looked down and ignored me. the trainee was as shocked as me. when i continued to ask the trainer just continued to ignore me. canceled my order. my wifeand i will never go back. hope cutting costs makes up for losing regular customers. Penny pinching at this location is their primary goal. Not enough meat to cover the sandwich and when questioned about it was... told to pay more for more meat. This location does not deserve your business. Hopefully their penny pinching ways will land themin bankruptcy. Read more

I never do this and I had to today this subway is unbelievable when I got there the Filipino employee was very aggressive and... she was rushing me which I don?t like to be rushed and the other employee that was putting on my veggies was very stingy withthe veggies! I sat down and I was eating my sandwich and then my ginger-ale bottle exploded not once did any of the employeeshelp me out, I ended up cleaning up my mess my entire sandwich got soggy from the mess the manager was just staring at me whilethere?s a puddle of ginger-ale on the ground SMH and the cherry on top the manager gave me 3 napkins to clean up the mess I WILLNEVER COME BACK Read more

Slow and rude staff. Food during lunch doesn't look fresh when I visited. opted out of most items as there are way to many... flies. 2022 and we can't get subway to control the fly infestations. Read more

Ordered 2 hours in advance for pick up, they were busy so didn't do our order till I got there. Not how preorder works but that... would have been okay. Unfortunately it just got worse from there. My sub was missing pepperoni, my kids sub had no sauces on it.And then I see the owner pick up our order and see we ordered cookies, looks for what ones we ordered, noticed they didn't havewhat we ordered, looks again, and back to the order and then proceeds to give me random cookies and says nothing to me. I couldsee they didn't have what we asked for (again, okay not their fault) but the fact he just hid it from me and said nothing isjust not good service. Sadly I would recommend any other subway in the area, this one really needs some work. Read more

EDIT: The original rating for this review was 2-stars. I just finished eating my sub, and although I had asked for it to be... toasted, it was not, unfortunately. Growing up, this Subway location was a staple in my pre-hockey-game ritual. While itappears several employers have moved on since then (and maybe management as well? I cant tell?), I still enjoy a good sub fromthis location. Unfortunately, they currently seem to be quite understaffed and unable to serve the after-work influx of bothin-store and in-app orders. The two front-of-store staff making sandwiches were nice enough and worked as fast as I?ve seenSubway Sandwich Artists work, but it looked like there was at least a 5-6-sub backlog from app orders and ~4 of us in line atall times. It was slow, especially in contrast to a particular Tex-Mex location down the street that I had just visited, whichstaffed some 7-8 front-staff to help customers. One of the staff even asked me to hand them two bottles of Pepsi from thecooler for another customer?s order, which I kindly did? (Does this mean I bypass a job interview? ????) however, it was ratherconcerning that she didn?t sanitize or wipe the bottles before packing them into the order. While I had personally sanitized myhands in my car, I expected a greater abundance of caution, given COVID. The staff were not changing gloves between handlingorders. I?m pointing this out because I?ve noticed it as a common practice at a variety of alternative, competing chains in thearea, and because Subway Corporate seems to have introduced a variety of touch-interfaces to things like the oven, which meansthat different people are touching the same part of the screen to use the oven. Tasty subs as always, but my low review is inlight of subpar hygiene practices and a long wait time. Crucially, these have not been issues at alternative, competing chainsin the area.
