At 9:00 am on Sept 22, a delivery truck for Starbucks trapped me in the parking lot at this location for almost 30 minutes when... I was trying to leave the drive-thru. I was travelling with my 1 year old child in the car. I asked the Manager for help and sheblamed the delivery truck drivers and said there was nothing she could do. I COULD NOT LEAVE THE PARKING LOT. Another Starbucksemployee at this location told me the delivery was supposed to happen at 6 am and the drivers were over 3 hours late. A verykind employee at the Harvey?s next door told me she called their Landlord on my behalf because deliveries are never to be madein the front of the store (I was not the only patron who was blocked in). She said the Landlord was trying to get in touch withStarbucks to get them to move their delivery truck. I am extremely disappointed with the Starbucks team at this location fordoing the absolutely bare minimum while I was stuck in their parking lot for almost 30 minutes with my small child in the car.We had somewhere else to be and we were PHYSICALLY TRAPPED in the parking lot with no support from anyone at their store. Thedelivery drivers even tried to tell me it was my fault?? I submitted a complaint to Starbucks Corporate, as well. Read more
My regular Starbucks and always on point. Excellent service and the Baristas are really good too.
As you might expect it's a pretty consistent experience across all Starbucks regardless of location. I'm surprised they didn't... have more summer drink options, but I guess it's still not summer yet, so I'm sure the ice teas are coming soon. As a side note,this maybe is nitpicking, but I was there with a friend to chat and catch up and such. I found the music quite loud, or at leastlouder than what I would say is background music. Especially when you are trying to have a conversation. But yeah great place.This location has drive through too. Read more
Proof of Vaccine. She doesn?t accept the proof of vaccine we show. We said, let us sit at the table and bring you the one you... want. She is following and waiting next to us. I said, we are trying to download the form you want, please give us time. Ishowed her that we are vaccinated and that is from the Gov of Ontario. Unfortunately, i couldn?t download and we had to leave.We made her happy by leaving. Read more
The barista Daniel did an amazing job. He clearly knows what he is doing and has a wonderful persona. There was an incident... where a woman was in a rush and unfortunately took out her stress on him. Daniel handled it with grace and patience. After heasked me how long i have been waiting and I said not to worry. We don?t need to make others suffer for our poorplanning. Relentless suits you Daniel. Keep doing what you are doing. Read more
