We visited Pho Moolight for dinner on Saturday November 12, 2022. What a disaster; I will not visit that establishment anytime... soon. The place was near empty but we still waited more than 1 hour for our meal. Unacceptable ! Their reason... they hadmany phone-in orders and they got priority over the two of us. Now what is their thinking behind such ridiculous policy ! Theydefinitely lack knowledge on managing a restaurant. The server was new on the job, probably her first night... and obviously notraining. This Vietnamese restaurant makes great food! I find they are slow with their service, even when the restaurant isn't that busy.... I've gone 3 Times because I love the food, but each time, I have to wait quite a while for my food to be served. It seems likethere may only be 2 or 3 people working there at a time. If you can spare extra time to wait, I recommend trying this placebecause their food is yummy! Read more

Went this week with my family and small child. Service was terrible. It took the guy 40min to take our order after serving table... that came in after us. They brought in 1/2 appetizer forgot the other half. It took another 40min to get phos on the table andmy daughters food meat was ice cold and it should have been from the grill. I told them they took it back grilled again andbrought back burnt. My poor daughter didn?t eat anything . Not enough sprouts and lime for pho. The guy/server never stopped bythe table to ask how everything is. Phos were supposed to be beef flank , meat balls and tripe. In total there wasn?t even aspoon full of meat all together . So disappointed. This use to be ok place years ago , I will never go back again. Paid the bill75$ . Read more
Good portions, tasty and comforting pho. -1 for spoon design that falls in the bowl if you let it go (and ends up all wet)
Best Vietnamese in Kanata! Good portions and reasonable prices. There's zero ambiance in the restaurant so this is definitely a... take-away place. But every time we're there to pick up food, there are 2-3 other people there picking up too. There are flashierplaces in town, but this the best by far! Read more
Best Vietnamese restaurant in Kanata! All of our takeout meals were delicious, well packed and moderately priced. They are the... only restaurant in Kanata to offer the 3 Layer Drink (mung bean, jelly and coconut milk) - my husband loves this drink so Iwanted to look for a restaurant that had this. I also ordered the Avocado Smoothie, Vermicelli with Pork, Spring Roll andGrilled Shrimp on Sugarcane, and 2 Rice Dishes with Pork, Egg Quiche and Veggies. Loved that the pork was grilled and soft sowe can easily chew on it (my toddler was able to eat it with no issues). It was a lot of food so well worth the price. I had tocall to order as I see that they weren't in the Uber Eats or Skip The Dishes. The lady employee was very nice andfriendly. I'll definitely order from Pho Moonlight again. Read more
