What is with this place? Everytime I go there with my family I see the general manager taking shots with customers... I'm... guessing she has zero clue that staff drinking on the job is illegal and that a surprise inspection from the AGCO would resultin a fine and suspension of their liquor licence... This is ridiculous and why establishments shouldn't hire people that dresslike strippers when they are responsible for everyone in the building.. Read more
This place has been all over the place... First all the servers were dresses in hardly nothing, I guess they were trying to... attract a certain clientele... Guess that didn't work... Now they have servers that are extremely unprofessional and a generalmanager that has zero clue on how to manage... My latest experience and the worst experience I have ever had at thisestablishment is from a server named Paige, she has a severe attitude problem and a fowl smell that made everyone in my partygag. When I mentioned how bad the service was and the fowl smell to the general manager she could care less and told all of usif we didn't like we could just leave. I have a lot friends that used to go to Don Cherry's when it was here on Eagleson, butI'm not sure why anyone would ever go back here. Also, the food is mediocre at best.. This is our local watering hole, and just a place to go and have drinks and wings close to home. Love the Cajun dusted wings,... admittedly haven't tried much else in the menu. Staff are amazing, friendly and professional and just fun people. Customerservice is great, as you can see, on a hot day our server put our picture into a bigger container filled with ice to keep itcold Where else have you seen that!! Read more
We decided to go out for lunch with our toddler somewhere on a nice patio. We looked and thought the moose McGuire was worth a... try. The food itself was better than average but we had a few issues. We asked 4 times for the waitress to not put things downright next to our kid as he is not even 2 and will knock things over. That was ignored every time and he came close to knockingover a whole tray of food and drinks. I get some people don?t like kids but I am not sure why everything had to be put right infront of him. The next issue was coke and sprite but were either watered down or they needed to change their syrup as they didnot taste proper but it was hot out so we drank it anyways. Last was the waitress had a friend sitting on the patio so it wasimpossible to get service the entire meal. It took over 10 mins to get a take out box or pay. I get you want to see your friendbut you are still working you can?t just disappear for awhile. I tried to contact the manager but haven?t heard back yet. Hopethat changes in the next few days. This place was awesome! Fantastic food at amazing prices. The chicken strips were nice and tender, and the fries were similar to... a chip truck. The cheese pizza was covered with the perfect amount of cheese, and the dough was fresh. I honestly wasn'texpecting a pizza of this quality from a bar/pub. It was a very pleasant surprise. We also tried the beer cheese dip. It was sogood! A little bit of a kick to it which was really enjoyable. It came with nachos and pretzel buns. Not only was the food wellabove expectations, but Fred and staff were as well. The restaurant is impeccably clean and well spaced out. We definitely feltsafe and comfortable. Where to begin. I ordered a Cesar salad and it came drenched in what I can only describe as pure vinegar and lemon juice... squeezed out of a round yellow bottle. Please don?t have the smokie burger as it tasted as though someone made it with a workboot sock that was on a foot in the heat of the summer for a week straight: I will never eat here again?.
