I am giving 2 star only coz of great food otherwise the services is pathetic splly the tall turban man in your store .. He was... denying me to give chilli flakes and seasoning when asked and also questioned me if I can have 4 ... These are all complimentaryitems with pizza or garlic breads ... Its my choice if I can have 4, 10 or none ... He was very rude and not at all customerfriendly ... I am regular in your store and looking at this behavior I rather not come again ... I'm so done with this place. I ordered using the app thinking that picking up the pizza using the portal would be more... efficient. So at 6:20pm I ordered the pizza. The app estimated between 6:41-6:46pm for it to be ready in the portal. I arrivedand checked the app which said the pizza went into the oven at 6:43pm. After that there were no more notifications. At 6:55pm Iwent inside to see what's going on. The staff said it's coming, so I went outside to wait. At 7:06pm there still was no newnotification and with 20 minutes past the estimated time I walked back in to cancel the order. Miraculously it was done. Nomore, I'm not having my time wasted by this place again. Pizza was mediocre and I very much regret for ordering here. Read more

Do yourself a favour and open the box before you leave the store. Far too many times I've gotten home to open up the box and see... something like this, or worse. Burnt, flavorless, I can't even see the cheese.. incredibly disappointing and horrible qualitycontrol. Cutting a straight line should not be so difficult as well. Read more
Good, quick pizza! Lots of hot n ready selections(pepperoni, cheese, meat, combo) available most of the time. Have to wait... sometimes at the busy periods (12 pm or 5pm), but not very long. Good quality, great price, and great for quick birthdaypickups! Enjoy. Cheers, Jay Read more
I went it after a long day at work to get a hot and ready. Somehow the guy misheard me and I ended up waiting for a pizza that... was not ready. Did not agree with my stomach the next day. Will probably be the last time I ever go here for pizzaunfortunately! It's really not worth it. Read more
We had to wait for our crazy bread as always and as expected. No problem! But when you wait for 2 fresh batches of crazy bread... and you open your bag to find this... it was beyond disappointing. I like fluffy doughy crazy bread not dried pretzels. Read more
One of our family favourite pizza places in Kanata esp their deep dish Chicago cheese pizza we have tried vegetarian pizzas... only. We typically pick up pizza and drinks and eat in a park on a warm summer day - that is our favourite way to spend timetogether as a family. Read more
