I tried a lot of dishes here. The food was okay. I feel the food is kinda customized to fit Canadian rather than being the... flavours of Kerala. I should also appreciate the effort the owner puts in the do everything by himself. I recommend to try dosaespecially the masala dosa here as I find it really tasty. The Sambar that comes with it is little tangy but it?s nice. Thecoconut chutney is great that comes with dosa. I tried almost all other curry dishes and it is okay. As I said , it feels likeit?s made to fit in here for Canadians and lack the authentic Kerala flavours ( maybe it?s healthier as it has lesser masalas????). He also makes everything fresh so that something I like about here. The lunch dishes come with rice and porota. Theprices are slightly on the higher side. And sometimes, if there are too many people, it?s takes quite some time to get food. Read more
Food quantity needs to be better. Beef curry could have been fresher. Otherwise food was tasty. Covid has been difficult on... small businesses but only way to stay afloat is doing good service to stay afloat. Read more
Me and my friend went there for a Dosa. And it?s one of the best dosa we had so far in Ottawa. Then we tried idli, and it was... awesome too. All the food is fresh and not Pre-made, even the idli is not Pre-made, they make fresh as you order. Owner isreally nice, and welcoming. Must try place. We definitely going back. ???? Read more
