Kinda disappointed with the ice cream cake we had yesterday ?. I didn't feel like driving to my usual spot so ordered from BR... Kanata. Plus it's a ice cream cake how can it go wrong, but it did. The consistency was weird. Not rich and creamy but verygritty and icy. I did ask some guests later what they thought of cake. They kinda made a face and said not great. Had an ice cream cake ordered for my son's birthday party. I ordered 2 weeks in advance in store since I didn't see the option... to do it online. I chose the Cookies and Cream (Oreo) flavour. They didn't provide me with a preview of the cake when I orderedso I had complete trust in them. Luckily it turned out great! It was a hit! It was a bonus that it included 2 toy cars so my sonloved that! I'll definitely order my future birthday cakes here again. Read more

We ordered three 500 mL ice cream tubs through UberEats. The delivery time was fine but we only received one of the three... ordered tubs. I?m assuming this was due to low stock. However, If they did not have the flavours we ordered in stock why didthey not communicate this to us? It makes no sense to only send us 1/3 of the order. For a single scoop paid full charge and was disappointed at the size for the price the employee definitely could have done a... better job of making sure it was a fuller scoop also no fruits or toppings available claimed not allowed to serve bananasduring covid didn't make sense to me.
