The branch in Kamloops along Hwy 1 gave me a bagel sandwich which has a bread part removed for unknown reason. I asked for a... replacement and the crew making the sandwich gave unsolicited comments to her co staffs which I heard while waiting forreplacement. I was supposed to call the supervisor but we were travelling back to Alberta and I don't want to be delayed.Scrutinize your orders well to make your money worth it. Read more

Tim Hortons was a safe port in the storm of a recent road trip from BC to Winnipeg. I had packed extra battery packs to charge... my phone, but didn't have the correct cable end to charge my phone! Three power sources, wrong cable! Phone dying, no way tofind where I was staying and soooo tired. At 6% i pulled into a Timmies and marvelously they had electrical outlets!! They alsomade this vegetarian non-dairy eater a fresh egg on a bun with tomato and lettuce.. just what I needed to recharge my batteries,as my phone got itself up to 25% before I headed out again looking for my sleep spot. I used Timmies over and over again as Irolled through Western Canada. I bought the right cable in Winnipeg, but my experience with Timmies made me go back all the wayas I returned home to BC on the flip flop. Thanks Timmies for having your customer's needs in mind!! I go to Tims all over the city. I have found this one to be the most consistent and the best quality food and drinks.
I have to swallow alot of pride for this positive review. I haven't been a fan of Timmy's for quite some time. I don't know... whether it's since Burger King bought them, they stopped making donuts fresh in-house, they changed coffee vendors, they startedfiltering said replacement coffee through old gym socks, or they got rid of chilli in a bread bowl, but it was definitely beforethey tried to reinvent the donut with Skor or Kit Kat or have a celebrity collaboration. These new power bowls are fantastic.They even LOOK good, like actually fairly close to the ads, which is not usually how fast food arrives. Also, this location gotmy order right! I only asked for two things, and even though I ordered them directly from the menu with no special alterations,100% accuracy is not something I'm used to seeing from Tim's anywhere I go. This has to be the worst Tim Hortons around. I went there this morning. Specifically asked for a maple bacon and egg breakfast... sandwich on a toasted bagel.. paid for the extra cost.. left and once I got to work I see that?s it?s on a cold nasty Englishmuffin. EVERYTIME I go it?s terrible service and the mess up my order.. just brutal. Read more
