So we went to Timmies by Superstore tonight to get half dozen donuts. Went through drive thru, paid, got our order, and as we... were driving out of line up we checked the box (cause Timmies make a lot of mistakes these days) and 2 of the donuts were wrong.I should have checked before I drove away from the window (as I usually do). Anyway, I went inside to the counter and told thegirl what happened. She proceeded to take the 2 donuts out of the box and put them BACK in the showcase!! Then gave me the onesI ordered.....seriously? You are going to resell those donuts?You don't know if I did anything to them. Plus...COVID? GERMS? AND A MILLION OTHER REASONS! I'm just blown away. I can't believe she didn't throw them out. Wow! I don't even know what tosay. I WILL NOT be going there again. What has happened to the Tim Horton's franchise in Kamloops? It has gotten so very bad. Iknow businesses are hurting and everyone is doing their very best. I understand long wait times, occasional errors, stressedand overworked employees who need a bit more patience from the public, etc...what I don't get is the rudeness, the argumentativeattitudes, the lack of caring, the obvious lack of cleanliness/health safety, and the lack of TRAINING! I was a restaurantmanager for many, many years. I even have experience with foreign workers. It's all in the training! TRAIN YOUR WORKERS! Allissues solved with a good training program. Horrible customer service. Hard to communicate. Was ruse to a confused older gentleman in front of us. Just kept shouting his... order was ready, he didn't hear. He was on the wrong end of the isle, instead of helping him after I pointed him out and othercustomers did to, they just walked away, thankfully a women got him and showed him where his food was Absolutely unacceptableservice. Literally the worst Tim hortons I've ever been to. There were 5 staff and I was the only one in the store and my order took 15... minutes. The wrap was missing the hashbrown, the bagel wasn't toasted, and the drink was cold by the time I got it. Staff isextremely rude and just generally incapable of even spreading cream cheese on a bagel. Just awful. Read more

Not a pleasant experience, 3 people at separate booths passed out cold. I asked the teller if this was the "norm" now, people... coming here to pass out. I pointed them out to her and was dismissed. I found it hard comunicating with the person who took myorder due to poor knowledge of the english language. But on the positive side they got my order correct, the first time in manyvisits.
