Absolutely terrible customer service. The people taking your order never have any idea what they have on stock, nor can they... understand you, or vice versa for that matter. They've messed up my order several times and I will no longer be enjoying mymorning coffee here, like I used too. Read more

Abysmal customer service! Attempted to go through the drive thru, waited at the ordering screen for quite a while and witnessed... cars in the other lane come after me and have their order taken while I waited and no one helped me. After trying multiple timesto make contact through the speaker and not even getting a "hang on a moment please" I drove up to the window thinking maybe thespeaker was broken or something. The woman at the window proceeded to argue with me, tell me I was wrong, give me attitude andrefused to take my order at the window. She got her coworker to tell me I had to go all the way through the drive thru again to"order properly" and he was laughing while he informed me of this, as if their inability to help customers was funny. I had tojust drive away at this point as I could no longer handle the incompetence and stupidity. Would not recommend going here if youwant to leave in a good mood. Read more

Edit: 3 days straight. we order 3 coffee?s a day and every single time not a single one was stirred. its seriously getting old,... cmon tim hortons // very few nice staff. there definitely is some, but not enough. during smile cookie time we could never getany because they?re always out, same with the orange donuts. they mix up sizes but charge you for the size you ordered, and tellyou you?re wrong when you try to correct them. never had a good experience with this tims, id always rather go to a differentone if they werent so far away. Never know when drive thru and in store is going to be open. They close when ever they feel like it, it?s better just to go to... Starbucks or McDonald?s for coffee instead of showing up and it?s closed. They never have any products for sale that they aredoing fundraisers for (smile cookies or orange donuts). There are a few staff who are amazing but most of them are rude. Honestly save your time and just go to a different place. Read more

I will begin with my most recent visit today. One car in front of me in drive through. 17 minutes to take my order. This... consisted of a coffee and two london fog teas. A further 9 minutes to get to the delivery window. Coffee was miraculously doneright for the first time in the last 4 visits. Both london fog were cold. I don't mean a little under the optimum temperature. Imean cold. I told the attendant they were cold. She insisted they were freshly steamed. I was so fed up after almost 30 minutesthat I just took them and ended up having to have them microwaved. Every single visit to this location... order wrong. Pricingwrong. The length of time to process an order is beyond reasonable. The owner if this franchise needs to step up and fix thisplace or sell it to someone who can. Read more

Still the same? 2 months later. This is seriously the slowest Tim Hortons in Canada. They are supposed to be 24 hours but are... consistently inconsistent with when they are open in the mornings or even have food/drink ready. I?m there between0430-0515. Then as you can see from the picture it appears they just stuffed the fillings for my wrap in the box then the restof the wrap on top. Read more

Cashier was very courteous and efficient. Filled order for 3 of us no mistakes. Lots of selection baked goods. Very tasty.... Coffee good as always! Read more
