I am a student that goes to school in Chilliwack however my girlfriend goes to school in Kamloops and I have a lot of subway... gift cards so every time I come to Visit I stop by subway. There are a lot of subways in Kamloops I?ve been to all of them Ivehad mostly average experience with some of the worst experiences at subway in Kamloops however this subway in the food courtwhich I've visited four times now has the best customer service and well trained staff of all the subways they are always niceto the customers and the manager is very patient with trainees which I think reflects in the quality of service. I was at Subway yesterday June 21, 2021. Around lunch hour. I had the the best Sandwich Artist ever. I seen this guy, make a... sandwich, acknowledge the next person, clean the station, throw his gloves, wash his hand and could see the smile in his eyes. Great job Subway. Never have I received service as poor as I recieved from Shanon at this particular subway. I asked for a substitution that I... alwaya get at any other subway, completely prepared to pay extra for it, and instead was told a flat no and my sandwich was madeincredibly poorly. Worst subway visit ever. Asked for a 3 cheese panni and was told no. I then ordered a bacon cheese panni and she threw the bacon... and cheese on telling me it comes with no veggies or sauce so I couldn't have any. My boyfriend asked for extra mustard on hissandwich she ignored him completely. The guy who wrapped our food just kind of balled our food up in the paper, no cares given.Bad food, very bad service. Manager was extremely rude. Restuarant was dead, and I accidentally forgot to ask for onions on my wrap after she had folded it.... I knew it was a nuisance to ask so I apologized multiple times and asked nicely if it would be okay if she added them before shewrapped it up in the paper, and she was so rude about it. Slamming my wrap around, throwing things around and mumbling under herbreathe.. my boyfriend and I didnt even know what to say. Incredibly rude employees who cannot communicate in either of our national languages. The employees ?Dimple? and ?Amal? had no... concept of customer service and overcharged on child?s menu items. $10 for a grilled cheese of 6 inches of bread and 2 pieces ofcheese and a water. Employees were argumentative and incredibly rude after trying to discuss the price that is always $5 everyother subway. Location was dirty and unkempt. Never have I left a subway disgusted and insulted. Will never come here again. Read more
