We had a great time staying here. 1 night. The staff are super nice. Our room was cozy, pet friendly and the ac worked great.... Shower has great pressure. Beds are very Comfortable. The pool and hot tub was nice. And the best part is the restaurant. It'sa hidden gem. After long days traveling we get our food and the portions are amazing. Happy tummys. Quiet little greasy spoon comfort food place. Bathroom is spacious but I don't think a wheel chair could get in and out of... there very easy if at all. I did like that they had what I call a Jesus bar in the bathroom for people who are elderly or handycapped to help them get up off the toilet. No wheel chair parking and it's on a hill/incline. We had two orders of fish andchips and 2 orders of Monte Cristo and fries sandwiches. The Monte Cristo was no where close to what you would think a Montewould be. Hard to explain. The fish was overcooked. Burnt on one side of my pieces. I did see other tables had nice lookingfish and chips. Unfortunately our server didn't stop bad food from coming to our table. We didnt send it back because we weretravelling and in a rush to get going again. Other than that the service was great. Very attentive and asking how things wereand if we needed anything else. Had a sense of humor which I always appreciate. Four dishes and 4 soft drinks cost us $95 ???? Read more

Scott's Inn- Happy to leave customers stranded for the evening. We booked a 1 night stay at Scott's Hotel for two adults and a... pet (cat). After travelling the entire day, upon our arrival, we were told the Inn does not take cats. We were never asked whattype of pet we had when booking the week previous, resulting in us not being able to stay at Scott's Inn. When we asked if theywere aware of other hotels in the area that would take cats, the response was: "probably not". This left us completely strandedafter travelling an entire day and planning ahead, calling days before to ensure we had a place to stay. Luckily, afteranticipating that we would have to call around, the first place we contacted accepted cats. Thus further proving that not onlywas the gentleman at the front desk completly careless and had no concern for customers, that he did not complete his jobproperly by asking us what type of pet we had and has no idea about the area either. My husband and I stopped here while passing through town and we were glad we did. We both got the chicken, onions and mushrooms... grilled cheese sandwich and they were amazing. It's like a grilled cheese that's next level. If we ever pass through or need ahotel in that area, we will absolutely choose this place. The inn looked very clean and well kept too. Read more
Disappointed as we expected better for the price. Clean but we paid for an efficiency that lacked many basic items (drinking... glasses, dish cloth, dish towel etc) Air conditioning units were prehistoric and thus extremely loud. We couldn?t sleep withthem on. Windows didn?t open. Badly stained bathroom ceiling- Efficiency was to include a pull out, which didn?t function andmade the sofa not functional for sitting. First night housekeeping missed our room so we ran out of TP and towels. Definitelynot our expectation at$200. per night. Read more
