I ordered through SkipTheDishes in mid September and my order was missing a couple of items, despite the simplicity of their... menu and their jobs to fulfill orders. When I called, I was pleasantly surprised and assured by the manager that I couldreceive a complimentary pizza to make up for the issues/overpayment due to missing items. I deliberately made sure myinformation was taken and once again, was assured I would have no issue when trying to claim the free pizza when ordering Infuture. I called tonight and was treated with absolute disrespect, hung up on and when calling for the second time was told totry again tomorrow as there is no record of this communication or me as a customer. I won?t be calling back. The staff is rudeand the manager mislead me. I lost money from this restaurant and won?t ever consider ordering from them again. Read more

They messed up my order and refused to taken responsibility for it and replace my food. The employee I spoke to was very abrupt... and rude and told me the mess up was my fault. But my emailed receipt did not state what he said I had ordered. Worst customerservice. Will not be going back Just got a call back from the owner (the day after) he was very apologetic for the experienceI had and offered to deliver pizza to us tonight!!! I asked if we could do it on a different day he said not a problem!! We willbe returning for sure. He even asked for all the details so he could be sure to coach his staff. Read more
Ordered pizza using the web site. Got my pizza and it was wrong anf the pizzas were bothbluke warm. When I called to let them... know the guy on the phone just argued with me. I told him the receipt I got emailed to me did not say any of those changes andthis was not the first time that I had ordered online. There was zero customer service and the guy was very rude to me and justblamed me. Our Kamloops Red Swan pizza does not disappoint. Impressed at the quality of ingredients and if you like generous toppings than... you are in luck. I really like the pizza dough as it light and not heavy. Which means I can indulge. Thank you Red Swan ! Read more
We ordered three medium pizzas - all different varieties. Every one of them was excellent and reasonable prices which is hard... to find! LOVE the sesame seed crust and they are not cheap with their toppings. Great place! Read more
Great service and quality for the price. Red Swan offers many good deals and combos, as well as a wide range of specialty... pizzas. There was a small issue with our delivery but the manager quickly made up for it with a larger pizza and a coupon forour next visit, above and beyond.
