I was really hesitant stopping by the location because of all the negative reveiws on here but decided to give it a try anyway.... I'm happy to report that the food was fresh and my veggie fries were LOADED! It was all very clean as well. The person workingnamed Fatima (hope I spelled that right) was so friendly! NEVER AGAIN!! The guy I believe is the owner is just rude. My husband asked for ketchup and he was passed one small baggie. He... offered to pay for additional ketchup but was refused. Luckily A&W was nice enough to give him some more ketchup free of charge. Read more

February 3rd, 2022 11am-1pm service. Service was bad experience. Employee certainly needs more training. Didn?t know how to... operate the points system. Messed up the order and decided to pick it out. Didn?t offer to remake as it was an allergy. Portionwas small and got even smaller after picking the wrong ingredient out. They seemed annoyed about that. Asked for seasoningpackets as well and they said they didn?t have it. Felt like they didn?t want to give it. Sad this location was once great andnow it?s horrible. Well, were do I begin. Watery cheese sauce on the "veggie fries" which only included green onions - they were out of mushrooms... and tomatoes and thoughtfully told us that after we ordered and paid for it. NO DISCOUNT, NOTHING. Ketchup came in what lookedlike a bud baggy - Which was sticky and wet on the outside. Customer service is atrocious. They are out of so many things yet dont tell you that until after you've ordered and paid. No... one wants a veggie fries with NO veggies and gross watered down cheese. Then you try to get your money back and they say don'tspeak English. Cool. I guess you don't want customers. I wouldn't even give it the one star. Read more

This place makes the worst food. I wanted a simple order of large fries. No large size due to highways down, ok no problem. At... least get my fries hot. Ordered a med instead, they were lukewarm at best and that's really not acceptable as fries is in yourname. Highly not recommended have been disappointed everytime over the years. Read more

Abrupt service with no smile. The utensil area was dirty and we had a hard time finding clean forks. The pulled pork poutine... had a light dusting of pulled pork, enough to look like it was sufficient but was sadly lacking in quantity. I will not beback. Read more
