Newer staff is still getting their feet under them. I had ordered a soup with no shrimp but got it with shrimp. Staff was... apologetic and gave me another free soup. To me, it wasnt anything serious because i am not allergic, its just the preference.However if you are allergic to something, do make sure that the staff makes no mistake in understanding it. I ordered through an online app and unfortunately I wasn’t aware their Spicy Szechuan Fried Rice had pork in it. Being a... vegetarian, I didn’t expect it as their menu had Chicken, Beef, Shrimp Bbq pork rice etc specified. When I tried contactingthem all they said was their “regular customers” are aware about it. Would have been great if you can mention the type ofmeat in the description and not expect everyone to be a regular customer to know the ingredients of your dishes. Read more
