I visited Hoja for the first time today and the customer service was exceptional. My order was made by Naman who recommended his... favourite sauces since I was a bit confused on which ones to add. He even told me I could come back to get the order adjusted ifit wasn't to my liking and I wanted more sauce. The food was good and is customizable to your preference. I got the built your own stir fry for $13.95 which I thought is pretty pricey for a mall food but there's not that much choices.... They now have a policy that they get to charge you $2.00 $4.00 and $6.00 if you go over a certain weight so what is the point ofgiving us a bowl to fill it and then at the end ask us for an additional money if we go over. You might as well charge per gramin advance. It is not fair that we already paid and then pay again. Definitely not coming back, FYI we were only over by15grams... Read more

The food was excellent . but the portions too small especially for what you pay.. Which is alot in my opinion. I spent for two... people what I would have spent at a nice restaurant and we had so little to eat that we walked away... Hungry.. Never goingback. The food was ok. You create the meal yourself, picking the ingredients. I didn't feel as if it was cooked long enough though as... the broccoli and carrots were cool. Fast service and fresh looking ingredients. I would eat here again. Read more

My favourite restaurant in Kamloops by far. Love the staff and prices. The build your own meal aspect is fantastic for stir... fries and you have to add rice. Best sauces are ginger, oyster, garlic, sesame and a bit of soy. Ask your teriyaki be cookedinto the stir fry and add some peanuts. Can?t go wrong. Read more

Hands down the best place in the food court, if not the best "fast food" in the city. They have a few pre-decided options for... you (rice bows, wraps) or of course the classic Mongolian grill style where you "build your own" The staff are amazing, thefood is fresh and the options are abundant! They also have on of the best loyalty programs around so make sure you get a VIPcard. I work in Aberdeen mall so I eat here often (once/twice weekly) and have NEVER had a less than 5 star experience.
