Doesn't participate in DQ Points system. Our lettuce was VERY old and grey. Needed to be picked out as it was inedible. Asked to... speak to a manager but they appeared to make themselves busy to avoid us so we left. Read more

We both had a burger combo and it sucked. So bland and expensive for what it was. The comically sized fries that came with it... were fine just in short supply. Also the WiFi was down and they don't accept the rewards app. Read more

We have been coming to this location for 5+ years. We have always had great service but the portions have gone down... hill. Every time we come to this DQ location we order a 3 boxes of buster bars. From the last experience there was NO FUDGE.And that?s the best part ! Not only one bar, let alone box. We didn?t return for a few weeks then my family and I thought maybewe?ll give it another go. Over all a fast ,good portion and always correct on orders service provided.. One odd thing.. is quite a few times now they did... not flip my blizzard upside down .And we all know and how its ADVERTISED on almost every poster .."if we dont flip it "..yournext blizzard is free! ..so I had mentioned that they had forgotten to flip my blizzard .. and to which I was told " iam sorryma am but we do not honor that promotion " Which they in my eyes i am pretty sure do not have the authority to pick and choosewhich promotions they can and dont want to honour . as DQ is a franchise and the posters speak for themselves. THIS IS A HUGEISSUE HERE AND IT IS ALSO ILLEGAL . Iam very sure the head of DQ would be furious to find this out. But then again this is oneof many franchises lately and they all seem to have one thing in common . Runned and only staffed by east Indians. Iam notracist .. but the majority of east Indians are not meant for customer service or is it cuz iam white ?! Read more

Absolutely garbage management. Grabbed drive through on the way home and the order was wrong. Called and explained management... said to come back. They argued, called us liars where hostile over a 8 dollar burger on a $50 order it was an unrealexperience. Response to owner.. Your obviously the problem, maybe try to help instead of berate and attack the customer. Seemsthis is the only reply you ever have to critical reviews. Funny how every customer issue is the customer's fault at your DQ. Badreviews are earned and you could have been more reasonable. Mistakes happen no big deal owning up to it and making it right arewhat makes the difference. You failed and are digging in deeper. Crazy over $8. Read more

I ordered 3 chicken strip meal, for my girlfriend And mushroom Burger for myself And a mushroom Burger had 3 mushrooms and... was cold, And The Onion rings weren't cooked all the way through. I called the manager when I got home he told me to bring allthe food back and would give me something else. Is he gonna pay for my gas to come back all the way there.I will not recommendthis place to anybody will never go back. I do not believe that he requested me to bring the food back my girlfriend has notbeen feeling well and actually had to take a covid test today in order to know that the Onion rings were not cooked all the waythrough she had to bite into one if a customer is not happy with the food they deserve to be to be reimbursed but on their owntime not when they return home get comfortable ready to have dinner this is first meal she has been looking forward to eat in 3days but couldn't finish it $8 for a MUSHROOM BURGER picture of it shows its very disappointing and falsely advertised Read more
