My husband went to this Hugh Allen Dairy queen to get me a cookie dough blizzard(pregnancy cravings) and arrived home and it... definitely wasn't what he ordered. It had pecans all throughout it. I called to let them know about the mix up and was told Iwas wrong and that my husband ordered a turtles blizzard. He didn't even know there was one like that. The woman on the phonecontinued saying we were wrong and we got what we ordered. I've never known of someone in customer service saying the customeris wrong. This isn't the first time this location has screwed up one of our orders. Super frustrating and will be avoiding thislocation in the future. Read more

Food was great large selection of Desserts and drinks .Super popular place the drive through is almost always busy.

Omg, I just discovered Dairy Queen's 'Misty Slush', I believe it's called. It's ice cream mixed with your pick of slushy, which... they have a handful of flavors to choose from. There's a couple corner stores that you can get them at and I like how you canmix the different slushy flavours, or go I've cream, slushy, ice cream, slushy. Although, their take on it, just all mixedtogether was really, really good. Definitely something I would order next time I go there!! Read more

Pretty decent. As with most dairy queen stores (are they trained this way?!) you really have to specify how many ketchup packs... you want or you will only get 2 for a 4x fries. Kind of funny when all DQs in town do this. Food was good and hot. Read more

Lousy experience here. Went through the drive thru and ordered a Number One which is a hamburger with two patties, lettuce, etc.... But the order machine is so garbled, they heard the word hamburger, which apparently is not what a Number One is (???) Soinstead of getting a Number One Burger, we got a cheeseburger with no cheese. Figure that out. And Dairy Queen refused to makeit right. Won't be ordering any more burgers, hamburger or otherwise from this place. (If Dairy Queen had stepped up and madethings right, we would have been happy, but since they didn't, we aren't going to try again.) Read more

Love love love this location!! I wanted a pacman cake for my son. I uploaded a photo of a pacman cake but the staff member... called me up, asked questions, and then presented me with this beauty! This is a part of our families birthday tradition andthis cake was the highlight of the party! Read more
