The best bread and treats in town! Always fresh , great customer service!

Since one moment in the past, I have felt their loaves of multi grain bread are burned all the time. My husband told them that... they were burnt badly, we couldn't eat them(we bought 4 loaves at once last time). The employee didn't apologize and didn't eventry to make it up or anything. She acted like whatever. Bad service. But we hoped they fixed the problem like fixing their ovenor baking for less minutes or controlling the temperature better or something else as we let them know. But it still has thesame issue so we no longer will buy at this location. Read more

Terrible customer service from the the young ladies working at the Kamloops location on May 22nd. They all seemed to have an... attitude from the minute you walk in the door. In addition, we ordered a few pastries which we realized after we left was notthe ones we asked for. Maybe if these employees spent a little more time listening to what the customer wanted and had a littleless attitude they could have gotten our order correct. While I like the Sunflower Flax Sourdough Cobs makes, I am very disappointed in the new Cobs Club "reward" program. I live out... of town and only get in every 3-4 weeks so I found out the $5 "reward" I had earned had disappeared because they only last 2weeks. Pathetic program for a good bakery. Read more

Our office grabs an assortment of delicious baked goods every Monday morning for this Cob's Bakery location because they have... the absolutle BEST customer service (huge shout out to Bailey!) and everything is always delicious! Did not enjoy my experience here at all. Cashier says that they can?t do icing for cinnamon buns on the side even though every... other Cobs bread I?ve ever gone to has done that for me. Cashier also looked at me strange when I asked for it to be in aplastic bag. They did have hand sanitizer at door and only allowed two people in the store at once so I appreciated that. Read more

It and miss. I like a bit more salt in a good loaf.Save On Food's Baguette is better. A little surprised to find 'Brioche' hot... dog buns but no real Brioche, which I prefer to croissants. When I asked why,I was in formed by a rather sarcastic member ofstaff that 'Perhaps they are too sophisticated for Kamloops'. Really? Strong competition regarding pastries from Gold Leaf upthe hill.
