Only giving five stars bc of the customer service! My son has autism and looks forward to his same sandwich every Tuesday after... his therapy appts. They can't screw your order up LOL because you build it with them
The poor young man who was running the show by himself because his co-workers no showed was a trooper. He made my sandwich the... way I wanted it by himself with not much experience. I hope the franchise owner gets on the ball and cans their unpunctualemployees. Stay strong, bud. Your work ethic will pay off sooner than you think. I think that this establishment here has the best tasting and freshest sandwiches in town. I don't think the other subways in... Kalispell stand up to this one so could get your food from there. Read more
I've been here before and it's never too bad, but I just came in today, and I dont know what happened, the shift leader seemed... to just be all over the place, but I didnt see much of her. The 2 up front that made my sandwich didnt hear a single thing Isaid I guess, because i asked for a subway club, and the guy put only Turkey on it and then gave it to the lady at the othersection, so I said "hey can i get the bacon and ham on there as well" and i only got my bacon, and after he put the bacon onthere, he gave it to the other lady again, so now my Club sandwich has just Turkey and bacon on it, I dont understand how theydidnt hear me or what they were doing. The whole time they were just whispering to eachother so maybe that's why they messed upmine and my girlfriends sandwich. I'm usually pretty understanding of mistakes cuz I work in fast food myself, but this wasridiculous, completely incoherent workers. Edit-- NOT TO MENTION the insane amount of time it took them to make the sandwhich,my girlfriend and I were the only 2 there, and it took about 10 minutes for them to make our 2 sandwiches, so by the time weleft there was 6 other people waiting in line, probably still waiting. Used to be good... Turned into the most rude staff ever. The new manager is super rude. Half of the new hires do not know what... they are doing. One staff that helped my family didn't wash her hands after handling cash before making our sandwiches. Overallworst experience ever. Read more
Got a Subway sandwich from the fastest, most efficient and kindest sandwich artist, named Chris, today. And when he wasn't... making sandwiches, he was cleaning up, restocking, and doing overall an excellent job. I really hope the owners of this Subwaystore see the effort this man puts into his job; the customers surely DO. Read more
