I stood at the counter for a while and was passed... by 2 employees?no acknowledgement, no ? someone will be with you in a minute.? I came to give them business / my money andwasn?t recognized, helped or served. They?re all young, communicate with each other via texting / social media and lack thecourtesy skills of a service industry mindset. I would suggest a manager sit down with them and reiterate basic customer serviceskills when it comes to helping old school customers like myself. Read more
