I absolutely love the kind, warm atmosphere at this Panera location. The staff are always kind and willing to help. The dining... area is kept clean. The food is prepared quickly, accurately, and is always very well-made. You can tell that the employees loveworking here and that the clients love eating here. Never been to a better Panera. Atmosphere is amazing, very nice fireplace and overall super cozy especially during winter, simply a friendly vibe. Food is... really good and fast, a bit pricey but is worth it once and a while. The melts are very good and really all the sandwiches arejust great especially the chipotle avocado chicken one. The bread loaves on the shelves are unique and are great taking home, itspices up your usual toast. The sweets are well made and great after a meal. The coffee and the tea is all very good and wellbrewed, and with the subscription service you get free coffee which is amazing if you dine often. Interesting teas and differentbrews of coffee for variety and every time I go each one tastes great. The people there are friendly and it's overall a greatexperience. Read more
Thank you to everyone behind the counter who were so pleasant and helpful. It was our first time. We came with 7 of us for... breakfast and ordered the breakfast sandwich along with other things. The bread for the sandwich was not real fresh, notbuttered or toasted. Just plain, with the egg, bacon, and cheese. None of us were enamoured or would return for this item. I love love Panera Bread and haven't had issues at other locations while traveling, but this location is not the best, the... service is great and most everyone is friendly but the food I order is hardly every the food I actually order. This review isspecific to this location ! As a vegetarian I always order my food without meat (obviously) but the dishes that have the optionfor it I have 9 out of 10 times gotten meat even with ordering it without. Honestly any modification I've tried to make has 8 to9 out of 10 times not been accommodated, which in some cases aren't bad since I have no allergies. I'm not a picky eater, Idon't usually remove or add things to the dish. There has been several times that I've gotten a hot sandwich and received thefood cold (not cooked through) Other times I've gotten something and received something way different. Again this is a goodplace to eat everywhere else I have gone but the kalispell location needs to work on some things.. again, great staff besidesthe food issues.... Read more
Yucky! I usually love me a Panera bread, especially after a long day on the road traveling, the iced lemonades mmmm. HOWEVER...... the meditarían veggie sandwich is ruined. There is now super spicy YUCKY BLUCKY stuff in it, with no warning. I spent $$$$ tobuy a horrid sandwich. The smoothie we got was alright, but the sandwich is the reason for the 3 stars, actually sandwich alone1 star! But they were kind, and efficient in brining us food in the busy drive thru. So this is the $12.00 ABSOLUTE RIP OFF.. New? Signature Take Chicken Sandwich. Don?t let the name fool ya, it sounds like it?d... taste good. It?s plain. It?s dry.
