They are always friendly...regardless of which one you go to! I definitely prefer their drinks. Their coffee is so smooth!
When you have both Matcha and Matcha Latte as options on your menu and a customer orders a 20 ounce Matcha, you should make them... a Matcha, not a Matcha Latte. And when that customer calls to let you know of the error, you sure shouldn?t get an attitude andblame the customer for not specifically ordering water. The mistake on the drink was a mistake, the attitude was unacceptable. Read more

Pretty much good every time. Only once had I gotten the wrong thing but it was fixed immediately and even though it wasn't what... I ordered it was good.
