I?ve been here a few times and every time has sucked but my husband likes the chicken. Wait times are usually stupid long. ... Seems food portions have changed as the sides containers are never full. If you?re extra lucky your order will be correct andyou won?t have to go in the store after sitting in the drive for 30 mins. Today my husband wanted Popeyes so I went inside toorder. I wanted to get the 2 can dine for $11.99?it?s on the menu board but the cashier tells me it?s not available. So why isit on the board? And how is it not available it?s 5 pc chicken 2 sides and biscuits ?Should have to honor that since it?sadvertised but they wouldn?t. The next option close is over $5 more. I left and didn?t order. Do not go to this restaurant! The staff is very rude! Does not acknowledge you are at the drive-thru window as they talk to each... other in another language! Refuse to give me a refund after I asked for one after the way I was treated at the drive-thruwindow! Let them know I will be calling the owner in the morning to get this fixed but they advised me there is nothing she willbe doing about it so I guess that would be a waste of my time! Pay attention to the other reviews because they are correct whenthey say this is horrible service at this particular location! Pretty disappointed today. Got a meal for two. Chicken was clearly refried, (extremely oily skin, even dryer chicken) the red... beans and rice seemed more like someone mixed baked beans with regular rice. I was only given the option of potatoes and therice dish. It's clear they were trying to use up what wasn't being eaten. Now I'm still hungry because the meal wasn't evenedible. This location deserves no stars! Very dirty, the workers are very rude. Every drink at the drink station was FLAT, the... ?Hawaiian punch? was literally straight water no color no flavor. We told them about it and they did nothing to rectify thesituation so we ate with no drinks! The guy taking orders continued looking at me the whole time we sat inside eating. The new staff is much better than the previous staff, but it's starting to get bad again during rushes. Online ordering is... especially frustrating. I placed a pickup order 30 minutes before showing up, it wasn't ready, they hadn't started it and thecashier wouldn't even give me the time of day to ask about it. Thank goodness the dinning room is open ????????? sadly doesn't help with the wait time. As a driver for DoorDash my orders are... placed ahead of time but when I looked up and it was almost 40 minutes I knew something was off. The cashier hadn't started myorder. Thankfully there was a shift change and Maya found my order printed it out and made sure I got out of there. Thank you somuch for doing your job and caring for others time. I have been going to this Popeyes since they opened. The food has always been great for the most part. They have updated... management and staff, which I now see a lot less issues. There is still some work to be done to the order menus on the inside,but I think they have made a huge turn in the right direction. Read more
