According to my family, "they have the good ice here" and I must agree. Come in for pizza but get that fountain drink so you can... have the good ice! Best "assembly line" pizza place around by a looooong shot. Menu is simple and streamlined, no nicking and diming on toppings,... ingredients are fresh and quality, place was clean, and the staff was quite friendly. Will be back soon! Read more

Trying to be nice because I really love mod pizza, but this location in Kalamazoo might be the worst one I?ve ever been to, on... NUMEROUS occasions . Employees almost always seem annoyed that they have to serve customers, and hate being there. The customerservice is so consistently bad, we almost expect an attitude at this point whenever my girlfriend and I go there. The onlysaving grace is how good the food is almost every time we go. But this time, I ordered a mega dough pizza over door dash, andthe food was dreadful. Like, I could do better going to Walmart and buying a frozen pizza. Pizza was so undercooked I thought mybaby cousin made it in their easy bake oven. I hope things get better there even though they finally lost me as a customer.Please, do better. Read more
