Dropped by this location since it was convenient, right before the highway. I had a deal on my McDonald's app for a BOGO double... cheeseburger. The burgers were not very hot and the bun was kinda dry. Tried a fanta slushy, it was ok, not the greatest. Read more

I'm sorry but if your dining room is not open due to staffing issues, please take down the large sign in your window which says... the dining room is now open 6a-9p. We just had to put our hungry and excited toddler back into his car seat to go to anotherrestaurant. Pretty upsetting honestly. Read more
They are good at customer service. Only Drive through service. They have delivery through doordash and Uber too. They were... pretty quick as well. I got their burger and nuggets. Burger was good compared to price which is only $1.89. But I didn?t quitelike the nuggets, again price was low for nuggets too. I mean I should not expect super awesome stuffs with that low price.Comparing price they provide pretty good food and services. Read more
Went through Drive-Thru @ 1:48pm on May 23rd, 2022. Tried ordering a cheese burger with extra seasoning. Manager at back-cash... taking orders/cash told me on intercom that she cannot communicate with the cooks because none of them speak English so shecannot tell them to add the seasoning. I then confirmed with her over the intercom that she only spoke English and cooks onlyspoke Spanish. Manager re-affirmed me multiple times that it is impossible for her to communicate with the cooks to get my orderproperly and correctly made. I tried explaining to her that there is literally a button to press to add extra salt (seasoning)and visually explained what the seasoning device looks like (She did not care obviously). Told me she will give me salt packetsand pepper (which are not the same thing) to put on my self. When at window I asked her name, she kept ignoring me and closedwindow on me (I had already seen her name tag, but since I cannot see far I wanted her to confirm by her word of mouth). Shecovered her right breast area with her left hand to conceal her name tag as she told me her name was "Jennifer" which was indeedon her name tag. Biggest kicker is that they got my order wrong (See picture attached). Why is this McDonalds hiring Managersthat do not know how to work their register and do not know how to communicate with their co-workers to accomplish team goals toprovide great customer service? Why are the owners (Who are Hispanic and would never compromise their business in this way) - Ihope - hiring people who cannot even communicate with their customer base or employee base? Why are prices going up, McDonaldwages and responsibilities going up, but my orders still being made incorrectly on every visit? Unfortunately, with inflationand poor service I will not be returning to this place ever again. Read more
Have never written a review, but felt compelled to do so after seeing this. I opened up my McDonalds bag to discover that they... filled my large fries up only like 60% full. Never thought I?d see the day where a restaurant would short me, but here we are.Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because this location?s food is really good compared to other McDonalds locations, but not giving methe amount of food that I paid for really changed my opinion of this McDonalds Read more
Placed a large breakfast order for a 5am pick-up. Was told it should NOT be a problem. Once I got there, noticed that they open... at 5:30am. At 5:30am, was told they were still closed, come back in 5mins. I gave them 10mins and was told that they wereclosed. Had them cancel the large breakfast. Went to another McDonald's and they were also rude. So, two McDonald's locationswith very poor service!!!!! Read more
