Stumbled into this place a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely loved it. Ordered the Sakana bowl with a drink as take out. Did not... disappoint. Will return when back in the neighborhood. 10/18: returned today for lunch and was not disappointed. Built a bowland added a peach/mango smoothie. Both very good. Read more
Being new to the area and an avid poke fan, I decided to try Maui. I made a bowl online with various proteins (spicy salmon,... spicy tuna, octopus salad.) I picked up my order and anxiously brought it to my car to try. To my utter shock and horror, I didnot receive fresh sushi grade meat. Rather, I was knowingly served mush. Literally mush. I am now sad, still hungry, and have$12 less in my bank account. I may never recover from this incident. I have provided a photo so you can empathize with me duringthis difficult time. Read more

This place is incredible! I was introduced to poke in Oregon, and this place is very reasonably priced for the quality of the... product. I had the Aquatic Bowl with eel sauce, tobiko, and seaweed flakes added on sushi rice and it was absolutely delicious.Creamy and flavorful and fresh. It's set up along the lines of Qdoba where you pick your elements along the bar while theserver puts it together. Definitely recommend this place, and I'll definitely be back. Great local business! Loved it! I have wanted to try Poke for years and then Maui Poke showed up on my side of town. I had the Moana with the octopus.... It was delicious! Atmosphere is modern and cool. Am definitely coming back with friends to show them that raw fish can bedelicious outside of sushi. Read more
I havnt been yet and decided to read the reviews. The owners responses to disappointed customers is interesting. Responding in... almost a rude way. A ?don?t tell me how to run my shop? type of way. That doesn?t work with businesses. I work at McDonald?s andStarbucks and I understand customers can be rude but there?s a reason the ?customers always right? approach keeps them comingback. For example, Starbucks is banging in business and I wonder why. Not sure if I will visit.. wondering if I will meet aargumentative owner bc that?s what her responses felt like.. 5 stars until I experience :)) Read more
