If you think you want pizza when you drive up, then you need to be COMMITTED to getting pizza because once you enter that line... and someone comes up behind you THERES NO ESCAPING! I am not a huge fan of Little Caesars Pizza however the employees working that night were the nicest and extremely helpful.
Last trip, nothing was ready even though the app said it was. Staffed. People there but ignoring everyone at the counter.... Additional people walking in and not being greeted. Everyone in the back. Had to direct the man who brought up my pizzas to givethem over to me and not put in the heater. And though i paid for sauce for the breadstick orders they just shrugged and saidthey're out. I pulled up to the speaker and waited for 5 minutes with no response. Pulled to the window and a staff member was already... waiting for me to pull up but didn?t say anything or apologize. Gave me a 15 minute quote for a hot and ready pep. I added acheese bread since I had to wait anyway. Staff seems in no hurry to help or make food.
