This use to be my favorite one to go to they always got my wings right until today when a employee made a mistake and then got... rude and served me with the most dried out and small wings cuz they didn't listen to my order correctly and no one ever answersthe phone to make a complaint what that employees did was wrong and childish I will never go back there maybe they need betteremployees to do they job right almost 8 dollars for them to be thrown in the garage Read more
Horrible experience and customer service!!! I walked in yesterday to get lunch and waited 5 minutes before the cashier took my... order for a lunch box. I gave him my card and tool it. He then set it down at the register next to the drive-through andproceeded to walk to the back and started arguing with the cook for a good 5 minutes cussing and verbally fighting with eachother. It sounded like the Jerry Springer show as customers were in the store. He then comes back with my food and asks if Ipaid and I then tell him that I gave him my card and he tells me that I didn't give it to him. I then tell him that he did takeit and that he put it on the register. After he tried scrounging for it tells me that he gave it to the lady in the drive-thru.So not only did I not get lunch but had to call my bank to freeze my account and go to my bank to get a new card that cost me$10. All I got out of the cashier was a sorry and proceeded to take orders. This is by far the worst experience I have everydealt with! I will not be going here again! Unfortunately, we won't be back. We prepaid for a pick up order and arrived at the time requested. We sat waiting for service... for 45 mins. My husband had to knock on the drive through window to get someone's attention. There were also missing items. Wewould have just left, but we had already paid and a had a kiddo we had promised pizza. Rushed here from the West Main location due to the crowd they had. Got there around 7:10-7:30pm on a Saturday. Their normal... hours are until 8pm. Doors locked, lights off, no one there. So disappointed in Little Caesars after that night. I ran to thegull road location, so 3 locations in one night, ended up getting hungry howies instead. Gull Road was worse and they were open,barely any food left and having customers pick and choose from what they had left. Pretty pathetic that they advertise stayingopen until 8 and are either not there or straight up refuse to make anymore pizzas. Read more
The young man working the drive thru today was extremely rude. I understand they were short staffed but that did not mean he... needed to take his frustrations out on me. I explained I understood he was stressed but he didn't need to get an attitude withme. He proceeded to continue so I told him have a good day I will go elsewhere. He slammed the window shut and left. I havenever had such a bad experience. I was very disappointed in this store. I tried to call to complain and no one answered thephone. I really hope his day gets better :( Read more
I literally waited a half hour for two "hot n ready" pizzas, then I was finally given my order, they had the audacity to give me... old and dehydrated pizzas that they pulled from God knows where because I didn't leave the driveway when they made me wait forthe order. The place needs to be shut down, immediately! Rude employees , doesn't care how your food is cooked and presented to you and... smoking in a place business where you are prepping food for Purchasing customers, whom are no smokers at least some of them. Howcan someone even allow this place to stay open. Health Inspectors need to visit this place and shut it down until they areproven to run and establishment FDA and OSHA approved. Read more
