As of late, they?ve been telling me they only have one driver and have... to go through a 3rd party service, which is fine but then the order never comes. I ordered cookies online and they are an hour late. I still haven?t received them. This is my first time with them so I?m not... sure how they taste. I called and they said ?we only have one driver.? Why don?t they turn off the orders then? I work atMcDonald?s and Starbucks and when we?re short staffed we turn off the online orders. I would like a refund as I would like to goto sleep now but I?m waiting for my cookies that should have been here an hour ago. If only I knew they delivered they?re owncookies. I could not have any of the cookies. All the locations share spatulas with all the cookies (nut allergy), so that was one heck... of a bummer. At least I was able to get some ice cream. I took a star off because there was nothing special about their cookiesn cream ice cream. It was like $8.75 just for the smallest size with 2 toppings (m&ms, brownie pieces). Amazing cookies! They stay warm after I get home too! Truly the best cookies I've had around here. I don't recommend the ice... cream. It's generic store bought that?s not very good, but the cookies are the reason you'd want to go here anyways. I've seensome complaints with the online ordering system. I myself haven't had an issue with it- I used their website. Sometimes thelocation closest to you will be out of a kind of cookie and it'll be unavailable though. I ordered from my new place and had abad connection on my phone, so I accidentally ordered the same thing twice. I called and canceled one of them with no issue. Read more
I agree, the prices could easily be cut in half. Remember this though: You're in Portage. The cookies are great though! I can... see why my friends like it.
