Handed my pizza to a random man walking down the sidewalk then lied saying he came off my porch wernt going to bring new one... until I said it was all on camera.. UPDATE... THEY RESPONDED BUT ONLY TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE THEY CARE OR FIXED. CALLED NUMBER ANDSTILL NOTHING.. Never had a bad experience at this location they've always gotten my order right and it's never been cold or not properly... prepared. I don't like that they don't deliver very far and that usually the delivery will take over an HR but I do understandthat they are having trouble getting people hired just like everywhere else. Placed order online 1/1/22 @ 8:35pm. There was a 90min wait for delivery understandable. We waited until 10pm and I saw the... delivery driver go down the other side of the street and sent my son to the door to wait for and to tip. He never showed up tothe door or in front of my house. Looked @ the tracking app and it showed it was delivered. Tried to to call they closed andcompleted my order out. Tried to call today not open until 3pm.$52.92 charged on my card and no pizza. That is not right and youcould have just called to say you couldn't find the house or verified by calling the number on the order. Now waiting til 3pm tocall back and I need my credit! Read more
