I truly wish the franchise owner is reading this. Having ONE employee working, in the summer, at an ice cream shop? is BAD... BUSINESS. I don?t know how this poor woman survived in 80 degree indoor heat on a 92 degree day serving every person she did.She was lovely but not only is it bad business to have only one employee, it?s not safe for her. This location is adisappointment to the Dairy Queen brand. It?s always randomly closed, has fluctuation hours due to staffing, it?s outdated andan eyesore. Pay your employees more so that people actually want to work for you. People deserve better than to have this astheir neighborhood ice cream option. We ordered a ice cream cake from the Lovers Ln location. The person that helped us was new, but considering she was somewhat... helpful, honest and forthright about it.
