We go to Chick-fil-A twice a week. I had one guy take the order and I confirmed everything with him. I had another guy confirm... the order when I paid. We had specific conversation about the order. I get home there?s no pickles on the sandwiches. I ordereda large macaroni and cheese Because it was being shared between two people, they only gave me a small. I confirmed this twice. Ilove this place and I love the service but how could they have screwed this up so bad. Check your orders as much as they seemthey have it together sometimes they don?t. Very disappointed. And I would?ve just called the store .. But I?ve been trying forover a half hour in the number is still busy. After a busy day and spending $35 at their place ? I had to go buy pickles fromthe grocery store, reheat the sandwiches which didn?t taste so great, and one disappointed family member had to eat a Kraft Macn cheese bowl. How could neither sandwich have pickles, and how could I tell to people, reiterating a large macaroni and cheeseand get a small? I guess I?ll be having to double check my order. Read more
On september 20 2022 3:00pm i had a horrible experience while picking up Food, I all ready call corporate and let them know all... about the current situation. ???????????????????????????????? Not happy at all. This was a total waste of time and loss of moneyand gas. I went through drive thru and it was faster than I expected. Order taker was nice and patient as it was only my second time. The... drive thru person was awesome, he even gave me a shake that was made on accident! Won my heart! And the sandwich was great! Verygood experience! Read more
The best, fast service, very pleasant, the food is the best. and the honey roasted barbecue sauce is awesome.
Food was hot and relatively fresh. Very clinical atmosphere but ultra clean. Not busy for a lunch time but no complaints
