This was my once a week quick lunch spot for 2 rodeo burgers add Swiss cheese and bacon ????. I order as usual it was made with... American cheese, so I return. The manager tells me they don't have a Swiss cheese button, refuses to make it the way ordered (SoI guess the your way right away has finally died ???? ). So I asked for a refund, the manager popped her tounge, rolled her eyesand told me I need a receipt. Good thing I had it... I hope your experience is better then mine. Read more

I went to burger King the other day and I was greeted with an smile. I had ordered the single sausage w/c & egg croissant... sandwich and they told me why buy one when you can get two 4 four dollars I was like great I'll take it. Have not had a positive experience at this location in 6+ months. Last night we waited 15+ minutes in the drive thru only to be... told they weren't accepting debit or credit cards, only we weren't told this until getting up to the window to pay for ourorder. Definitely will not go there again until they reopen the dining room for in person face to face orders. Read more
After 6 months+ of poor service from this location I will no longer be a patron of this location or any owned by this franchise.... Today's final straw was a 15 minute wait in line only to find out at the window they were cash only. No warning ahead of timeand no offer to give us the food they already prepared. So rather than satisfy the customer the employees either threw away thefood from our order or ate it themselves. No warning for cash only, and a wait so long you would have thought they were gettingthe meat fresh from the cow. Read more
