Sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes on a mobile order, mind you I was 2nd in line. They need to quit worrying about their... drive thru timer and just do the orders as they come. They have you pull up, with cars parked all around the building waiting onfood, all because of their timer they don't want to go up. Moving crew is good and friendly, after that it goes down hill. I'd give zero of I could. My boyfriend and I were trying to figure out what we want on the app, and it was taking awhile. I went... to the bathroom. A blonde woman who worked there A) barged in on me in the bathroom stall and then B) came back to yell at mewhile I was still going to the bathroom to ask me "if I was f*ing done yet because we had been there an hour and didn't orderanything." I know for a fact we walked in after 10:20, because the nice lady working the cash register told me there was alittle less than 10 mins for breakfast. Absolutely the worst service ever! Placed our order after waiting 25+ minutes before being acknowledged only to finally be... adressed and asked to wait a few more moments. FINALLY placed our order and were told at the window that they were making freshnuggets after we paid, and to pull forward. We pulled forward, did not recieve all our food, including the nuggets they were"making fresh for us". We pulled back around because the inside is closed. Then we're told at the window by the same person thatjust handed us our food that because we opted to not recieve our receipt that there was nothing that they could do for us andthen the window was closed on us. Went to get a whopper he with cheese. Came home to a burger that didn?t even come near to covering the bun. No condiments, or... cheese. Two slivers of lettuce and quarter size tomato and onion. They were generous with the pickle-I got 2- but I do t likepickles so they went in the trash. Worse burger I have ever eaten. Nearly 7.50. What a waste!!!! Read more
We order food for delivery from this location today! I'm not sure what the environment was like at the time in the restaurant.... despite that the food arrived on time at my home, it tasted great! Best of all the entire order was accurately deliveredcorrectly. Thank you great job Read more
This is super disappointing. I only asked for extra sauce cause sometimes there really isn't enough on the sandwich, but this is... completely unacceptable and uncalled for. I can't eat this, such a waist of my money and time. Not only hella sauce, the chickenpatty was super small and the bread was really dried out. Disappointing and discussing ???? Read more
We had a bad experience at this restaurant. We waited quite some time at the drive through without receiving service so we went... inside to order to go. It was still a small wait there. The store smelled like old grease. The wait and smell should have beenenough to move me along but I decided to give them a chance. We ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches with heavy mayo and 2medium fries. The sandwhiches were barely warm and did not have extra mayo. The fries were hot but well undercooked. If you aregoing to make the customer wait at least give decent food when you get it to them. The server was friendly so that was our pluswith this stop. Read more
