I would give 0 stars if you could. The guy at the window was a total jerk. Starting ordering and got to the drinks and the guy... said sorry there is no carbonated drinks so I said no problem I'll take 2 lemonades and again I was told sorry we can't dolemonade either when I said ok nevermind those then and he said great have a nice day when I tried to say I would still like myfood he said oh you wanted that. Every time I order something I get the wrong thing sent to me or missing items. I like arby's food, but I'm sick and tired or... getting the wrong stuff. I ordered a classic prime rib cheesesteak and got this instead... (pic below) I literally had 4 itemstotal in my order and only 1 sandwich. Fries were old, cold, shriveled up and unbeatable. Mozz sticks were cold. Sandwich was ok. Definitely won't be returning.
