Great food! Got there at 1:00. Donuts were gone, but good cakes and cookies. Had the Pol gourmet grilled cheese. I had mine with... a salad, hubby had onion rings. Both delish. They forgot our latte?s. The spinach salad someone was eating lookedfantastic-normally what I would eat, but I had to try the gourmet grilled cheese w/pork on rye. Very good! For dessert, chocolate chip cookie with coconut cream cake. Yum. Indoor and outdoor seating. Totally casual. Order any the counter and theybring your food to You. Wine and beer for sure, didn?t pay attention for other alcohol. No dogs allowed. Would love to get apastry if they had them. Read more

We?ve come to each Hawaiian island over the years and at each one it usually takes us a few days to find ?the place?. You know... the one. The local place that just has a certain character and executes so well that it?s undeniably excellent. It?s not acorporate large hotel or franchise, but just a local establishment that hits all the notes of food, service and charm. For Kauaithat place is Kalaheo. The breakfast dishes are solid. The cinnamon knuckles are amazing. The French toast is frankly the bestI?ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and make this a breakfast stop at least once on your trip. Read more

We had the Paniolo Breakfast and the Breakfast Burrito. I thought both were average / above average (with the Burrito being a... bit better). The Paniolo Breakfast seemed a bit bland to our palates. We wife chose ?smoked turkey? with it, but were a bitdisappointed that it appeared to be turkey lunch meat (not what we expected). The POG is delicious here. The coffee is tasty, they make good espresso based drinks. It?s nice that they have a dine in line and a take out / coffee line. I love that. Thepastries looked tasty but we didn?t try one. You order, grab a number, then snag a free table. Read more

Wow.. We visited here a few years ago and couldn't wait to get back on this recent trip. Kalaheo Cafe is such a great little... find. Breakfasts are amazing, dinners are just a great. They don't have a huge menu but what they have is top notch. If youlike a good coffee I suggest the "Morning Madness" to get your day started. Read more

Love love love this place. Amazing breakfast! We kept coming back during our one week stay in Kauai. The French toast is out of... this world. The smoked salmon benny was absolutely delicious. The longboard sandwich was SO good. Even the stack of pancakes wasso tasty. And all of it was decently priced. Great coffee too (Kauai roast). Fast friendly service. I'd come back every day if Icould. ?? Read more

Great breakfast. The homemade, cinnamon bread, French toast is incredible. Two breakfasts, two coffees, one mango juice, and... tip, $60. Three Different coffees to choose from 3 sizes and take out cups which was great we were able to take what was leftwith us. The coffee was great. Parking looped tight, but it was adequate. My husband had a scrambled egg special with spinachand Italian sausage and a bunch of other stuff, he liked it. There were outdoor tables and inside tables. We had no problemgetting a table for 2 outside. I saw that there was a large table with a reserved sign on it so if you have a big group youmight be able to call ahead and they will hold that table for you . Otherwise you go to the counter and place your order andthen you go find a table to sit down. There was plenty of seating. The French toast is in the picture. Read more
