Cute little truck oven pizza next to brewery. Breeze area to have beer & pizza. Insalata was decent. Antipasto could do better... instead of left over cheese cuts and very little slice of ham. The pizza waiting time was 30 mins and dough was slightlyundercook. Read more
Stopped for guitar work and discovered Valentina's hand-made and brick- oven baked food-truck menu. Had her Italian sandwich...... tasty, fresh fillings in the best bread on O`ahu. Next visits will be for the pizza! Read more
Authentic neopolitan / Naples pizza. Perfection. Be aware. All other pizza on the island will seem substandard after having one... of Valentina?s pies. I?ve moved to the big island and suffer everyday since no one knows how to make pizza like my favoriteValentina! Read more
