Walked in to Timmy T's and had the #9 Italian. This has to be the best sandwich shop in Kailua for sure. Great people making a... great sandwich. Wasn't cheap, but 2 people could have enjoyed this heavy weight winner. I highly recommend this establishmentand hope you will check them out soon and support a Locally owned small business. Great place for subzero! Lots of parking in the back. Oh btw, they don't toast you bread because They don't have a toaster. But... the variety of subz are good. Their buns aren't big like subway but it makes it easy to bit into. Read more

Food is great as always but today?s delivery was weird. Driver pulled up and stayed in her car. I walked up to the car and she... gave me this confused look. I told her hi and said that?s my order and then she reply ?well you didn?t tell me it was you? and Isaid yes it?s my order as she was calling my phone, my phone was in my pocket. She didn?t say thank you or anything. In the pastthe delivery drivers was amazing. 09/01/2022 A few days later a staff member of Timmy Ts called and apologized for thesituation. The driver did as well. I really appreciate it. At the end nobody is perfect and everyone deserves a second chance.That?s why I change my review from a 1 star to a 5 star! Read more

Timmy T's has always had great sandwiches & I was super excited to order a platter for a party I was throwing! It's just a shame... their customer service doesn't match up. I called on Wednesday to discuss the platter options & was told they offer 15 piece or30 piece trays, the pieces being HALF the size of a regular sandwich. Thinking I would be receiving HALF sandwiches, the 15piece tray sounded like the perfect amount. I was quite disappointed to realize after picking up that they were very clearly cutin THIRDS, and arranged very sadly on a large tray with a completely empty center. When I called to very calmly & politelydiscuss my disappointment with the manager, Chris, I was told they have always cut the sandwiches in thirds and that due tonumerous new hires I was given the WRONG information earlier in the week. Now I was completely understanding of this-- I haveworked in fast food & customer service for years & know new employees make mistakes, I totally get it! That's when Chris becamerude. He asked condescendingly asked "well what would you have done differently if you knew they would have been cut inthirds?". I said "Well I would have ordered more food! I have much less than I was expecting for this party." I asked if therewas anyway I could be provided a few extra sandwiches to rectify the situation, and was told I would have to pay full price fortheir mistake. Then Chris hung up on me. I was completely calm & simply wanted to provide my feedback about how being givenincorrect info left me short on food for this party. Clearly they don't care about customer service. I will be taking mybusiness elsewhere moving forward-- what a disappointment! Read more

Pretty stinking good sandwich! It did seem kind of expensive for a sandwich but it was stuffed with meat. I got the Pacific... Pastrami and it was delicious! It may be I was just starving. The service was 10/10 so friendly and they had finished oursandwiches 2 minutes after we walked in the door! Read more

If you are from the mainland and have ever visited the sandwich shop called Jimmy Johns then you have found the Hawaiian... equivalent.  Though Timmy T?s is not a chain restaurant it offers the same expeditious sandwich making as Jimmy Johns.  Therestaurant offers both typical sandwich options along with local favorites.  Customer service is quick, friendly, andknowledgeable.  The interior is full of local pictures, paintings, and funny real life innuendo posters.  Prices are veryaffordable and definitely worth it due to the taste of the food. They do not have a fountain drink machine so you will have tobuy a canned/bottled beverage if you plan on drinking something with your meal.  They over cookies and/or chips to complimentyour meal.  This place does have picnic tables for outdoor dining. Four stars because parking is a HEADACHE.  If you can walkto this place it would be more worth it because the parking is little to non-existent. Read more
