Got the order wrong n took a while to get the food out.
They didn't have orange juice and I had to have soda even though it's one of the drinks we can replace a drink in a combo menu.
My wife and I have been eating Taco Bell for 3+ years and this is the best/highest quality Taco Bell we?ve ever eaten at. The... crew is always so nice and they?ve never gotten my order wrong, I do a lot of substitutions. Also the food is always fresh andgood, never tastes like it was left out. Normally I don't leave a review, but I've constantly have had problems with this specific location and it usually occurs at... night. Tonight I ordered 3 items and was accidentally charged (but refunded) $19 for an uber eats order. I told the lady at thedrive thru politely that I thought the total was like $10... she looked at the screen and disrectfully told me that it was $19.I told her what I had ordered and there was no way that the 3 items I ordered was $19. The situation got fixed and I got charged$10... i got my food and my visit was probably a total of 20 minutes because they were busy. I got home and my food was cold andthe cheese in my burrito was cold and not even melted. It had lettuce which I did not ask for and normally I wouldn't make adeal about it but because this particular experience was bad it just completely topped off the overall experience. Before I atemy burrito, I ordered chips and cheese and came home to find out that I got the chips but not the cheese. This has happenedbefore where I might get one or the other during the night shift. I skipped the Kaneohe location because I had been gettingbetter service in Kailua, but it seems like it's only during the day. I wish I would've just gone to the Kaneohe location andwait the whole ride home to kailua to eat my food. The night shift never seems to enjoy their job and when there's a rush,there's always a mess up and it usually seems to happen with me. You missed the ingredient called lettuce on both tacos in my order. Don't know if this was just laziness or incompetency.... Pretty sure the only reason people go here is because it is close to their home and they don't have to go through the gates.Quality control needs improvement. Read more
Every Taco Bell are different and it's hard to rate them. Some locations are our favorite places and others are not too much.... Depend on the Customers services you received from the front counter to the people in the back preparing your foods. Read more
Though the attitudes are hit or miss with some employees, I go there for lunch almost everyday at work and they never get my... order wrong usually. They do their job pretty well and they try to move as fast as possible even when it's busy. Reallyappreciate this location. Overall good workers and ppl.
