This location needs an audit or new management. I?ve had unpleasant experiences here for years. I always think it?s going to... get better. I always want to give people grace and the benefit of the doubt, but the grumpy vibe here brings me down big time. Igo to the Aikahi location now, but I popped in here the other day and nothing had changed. I don?t expect anyone to care aboutmy very first world problem but I hope the owner gives some attention to the staff issues. The service is SO SLOW whether it?spacked or empty. The quality of the coffee is extremely inconsistent. I?ve choked on way-too-strong cold brew and I?ve beengiven cold brew cups that are under filled by an inch or two. Baristas are filled with silent rage if you ask for a tweak. Thereare baristas who regularly behave unprofessionally, seem bothered to deal with customers?.at the register?.are combative withfellow workers and aren?t efficient or helpful. **Through the years, there have been beyond lovely baristas who are kind, greatat what they do, and quietly put up with difficult co-workers, and I hope they know who they are** I know this review is veryKaren, but this place needs some HELP! One of the worst Starbucks ever. I've randomly visited this location on multiplications occasions and discovering it to close.... Given the fact that this Starbucks is on military base opened I don't understand why is it from 730am - 1pm which make knowsince at all. I will Never visit this location again I rather go off base. Service is normally fine, but the other day I watched the cashier get rude with a customer because he asked her to write Bilbo... Baggins on the cup. Took the poor kid's happiness straight to zero. Rest of the staff seemed uncomfortable with her behavior,but said nothing. Disappointing. Read more
Well organized inventory. Outlets, only where the hard seats are. Lots of sun, curtains to filter that. Very good staff.
Was in town visiting and happen to go to this Starbucks. We did not get greeted and stood in line for approximately 10-15 mins... while they all assisted another customer. Not one of the employees acknowledged us. Also, the fire alarm went off and it tookthem almost 20 mins to shut it off. It was loud and annoying! My tea was fine when I finally received it. Read more
