I absolutely love ???? coffee and I have definitely spent way more than my fair share of funds into the Starbucks blackhole lolz... ????. I typically spend anywhere from $12-$30/day here. It seems though as funds go up, some things that used to be "normal" forStarbucks customer service are now non-existent. It's the small things: no more tabs to cover hot coffee; bags are 15¢; eventhough dining areas have been outside for quite some time now, Starbucks has not put out any tables and chairs outside; seasonalfavorites have been missing (turkey cranberry panini 2 yrs in a row); no vanilla powder - alot of your signature drinks are madewith vanilla powder!!!!; upside down is no longer available for caramel macchiatos?. The list goes on, I've started to addcaramel and vanilla powder to my drinks at home, but I'm paying more for Starbucks to add to it and make it at home?!?! Whatsense does that make? Pretty soon, especially with these times of inflation... Once my balance goes down, I may just use up allmy ???? stars and just start using a Keurig. I just tried a Ghirardelli caramel macchiato on my Keurig and it tasted really,really fabulous AND at half the price. So, while, Starbucks does still have some great food and service at times, corporateneeds to step it up or they will most likely start losing some of their most long time loyal consumers. Read more

Good hot Cafe mocha drink. In store seating with vaccination card and ID.
This Starbucks location is my first stop coming into Kailua. Staff has always been courteous. Interior is always spotlessly... clean. Several dining options in the general area-less than a five minute walk. The only draw back is limited parking directlyin front of the store but there is ample parking within a five minute walk. So done with in-store ordering. Possibly done with Starbucks, at least in Kailua. It appears that even if you are the only... person in there, the mobile orders are done before in-store orders. But?if you go in to order a drink and there are, say, fivepeople in line, plan on waiting at least 15 minutes for your in-store order. Read more
