1 start is too much. Never coming back... very poor experience! Drive thru order was wrong. Tried to get the worker's attention... to correct it but she ignored me as I continued to say, "Excuse me" for over 5 minutes. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The food they gave me was barely subpar,and half of my order was missing,even... after I asked the worker to confirm that it was there. 2 stars ???? because the food was great. But the lady that took my payment was the rudest ever. She completely ignored me when... told her that she game me the wrong drink. She didn't correspond to me once completely ignored every request and was just rude.Jack in the box has some good food but the customer service at this location has been the worst service on the island thus far. So it's either this or 7-11 when we need something to eat at 0330am. Once, when we ordered, the employee must've heard us say... chef's special cause we got random sandwiches I don't think is even on the menu. It was still edible and satisfied our latenight cravings. Read more

I would have given it zero stars! I was over charged. When we asked to double check the order we the girl at the window look at... us and said, "what?". She then got our order wrong. Fixed it, except for the other drink we were charged for...gave us thecredit card. When we asked for a receipt, she looked at us like we had 10 heads and said, "what?"
