Aptly named, this place is bad. Kind of grimy. The guy who took my order then went into the kitchen pulled out battered chicken... and threw it in old oil. The chicken was 60% fried skin and fat gobs and had little flavor. They do not offer any healthierchoices than white rice and mayonnaise salad (w/ some macaroni in it). Really bad quality. It's okay but there are MUCH better Hawaiian plate lunch establishments around (L&L for instance). Service was fine. I'd skip... unless your really in a hurry and this is your most convenient stop. Read more
Stopped by Fatboy’s on the way back to Waikiki from Lanikai Beach, unfortunately I was overly disappointed at the ahi tuna... poke bowl, and the over fried chicken Katsu. Service was slow during the lunch rush, and food was expensive for the portionsizes— poke at $10 and mini Katsu at $9.
