Terrible Services with gross habits and rude employees. As I waited 45 mins for my food I noticed they didn?t change their... gloves even after touching several different surfaces from the front counter, the cash register, boxes, trash bags, inside trashcans. When I asked the monotone girl at the front if they could change their gloves like an idiot she stated that they triedtheir hardest to change their gloves as she was touching the counter, I asked them to change their gloves before making my foodand she said the same dumb comment again. When I asked to speak to the manager she repeated the dumb statement again and I askedher what was her attitude about when it?s about health reasons. The manager finally came and he said they are only touchingthings back there and I said ?change your gloves for my food.? The manager said they okay and changed them and the girl repeatedthe dumb statement to me. My order didn?t have my name and the dumb girl at the front felt the need to tell me that?s how theycall out orders and when we already established that that was my order, she then brought it to me and said no name. That girlshould not be in the back or front especially the front because she obviously has social issues. Read more
This place should just permanently close down already. It's such a joke. My fiancé and I have been craving taco bell for WEEKS!... Everytime we attempt to go, they are closed. According to the hours today, it says they close at 3PM. Got there and they hadjust put up cones to close off the drive-thru and closed around 1:10PM. Super annoying. At this point we just give up! Because they're so short-handed, their drive through is closed, and there is only digital menu ordering inside the restaurant.... The employees they do have work the kitchen and are very efficient in turning out the orders quickly. Read more
Will someone please help this place? I almost want to talk to the owner because I'm so let down and just confused by this... franchise. Open laughable hours even when they don't close earlier than the hours they post and they struggle when they are. Ohbut don't forget to stop by right at 8am for one of those famous legendary breakfasts they're renowned for! Can't catchbreakfast? Go there for lunch! Just make sure you get there before 2pm on the weekend because they might close before it getsbusy enough to make any money. Didn't have time for lunch? Grab some dinner! Ah, no wait. Unless you want to make it in for theearly bird special they don't have, they'll be closed at 5pm. When most people start eating dinner. If you're doing door dash beware that their sign for coming into the lobby for door dash or mobile order is false. You will have... to go thru the drive thru and probably not deliver said order on time. Read more
Yall gotta try the beefy burrito melt. It's so good, I've been having one for few days in a row and will have my 2nd one for... today. ????I get extra sour cream but less cheese. If you like spicy, Diablo sauce is highly recommend. Their DT workers arealways so friendly! They've never messed up my order, only more sauce than I asked... but who's going to complain about that???Hmmm, the only thing is the line can get suuuper long and the cars move super slow. It was nice when they had the order aheadpick up on the counter. I haven't been able to do that recently ???? so you gotta be willing to spend the time in their DTwhether you order ahead or not.
