30 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. My sandwich lacked a meatball lol. I should have left after I noticed how disgusting the... veggie and meat bar was. this place sucked. how does it take 35 minutes to make 6 sandwiches. at that point i could have gone back there myself and made... double the amount. almost missed my flight. back to the sandwiches though. i watched the worker cough on my bacon and and drownit in ranch??? thx subway xx Read more
Avoid this Subway! The two employees working here had one speed, and it was as slow as possible. Many veggies were half full,... but they decided to do a complete restock in the middle of an order. It seriously felt like we were being pranked. Read more
Staff was serving a customer and was VERY slow. He dashed to the back for over 2 mins. Came back eventually finished making... the sandwiches and dashed to back we could hear him swear when door bell went off. Being concerned for his health we werewaiting for him to come back. Eventually more customers came in and one of them went to the back to make sure he was OK and notin any kind medical emergency. There was no one in the store at all. We all left and right after we were out of the store hecame back locked the doors and turned the open sign off. An hour before closing. I ordered and paid online and was told my order would be ready at 3:20 - just a 6? sub. I got to the store at 3:15 and there... was 4 people in line. My order wasn?t ready, so I got in line as well. Over an hour later I am still waiting. Only 4 peoplein front of me and no crazy big orders. I have never in my life seen something like this, it is taking 15 mins to make one sub. Super slow service. There were 6 people ahead of me and I had to wait 20 mins in line before my chance came. One of the guys was... taking his own sweet time to do everything and slowed down the entire queue. Subway management needs to train their employees tobe fast before putting them up to the task. The employee that made my sandwich was great and made a wonderful, tasty sandwich. That's where the good stuff ends for my... experience at this location. The tables and restaurant overall were very dirty. The manager would not allow me to refill mydrink, which is very unusual at Subways, generally. Also, when I asked for a receipt they seemed annoyed and then gave me theircopy of the receipt. When I asked for the correct copy, Not the greatest experience. If I come through here again, I'll mostlikely go elsewhere. Read more
ordered online at 12:40. sandwich was supposed to be ready at 1:00. went in to pick it up at 1:05 and it wasn?t even started... yet. counter worker apologized and said he would start working on it right then and to take a seat. waited another 15 minutesand it still hadn?t been started. stood in line for 10 minutes and then proceeded to watch employees make the sandwich when Igot to the counter.
