Pizza is mediocre at best. We waited over an hour for our two pizzas; understandably as it seemed to be busy. When we finally... went in for our pizzas however, there were two friendly young staff members working alone who seemed very overwhelmed withoutany support. After finally receiving the pizzas, we went home only to open one which was not what we actually ordered and bothhaving been undercooked with barely melted cheese. We had to re-bake them at home and add topping before even eating them(ordered to avoid cooking before an early flight). The pizza varies depending on the day, but what is consistent is the very rude staff we have encountered. We adore pizza and... have given this place so many chances because of our love for pizza. The staff always tries to get people not to order, usuallytelling them an insanely long wait time (Ive even seen them laugh after someone leaves bc they don?t want to wait 2 hours) andthey?re always super rude to everyone who comes in. No Aloha at this spot. Ever. I?m sure the pizza would taste even better ifthe people serving/making it weren?t so incredibly RUDE and dismissive. Read more
We picked up a pizza on our way to the airport. Called in ahead of time and picked up right when we arrived. It was easy to... create our own pizza to suit the taste buds of everyone in our family. An 18" was big and did the job of feeding 2 adults and 2kids. Mahalo! Read more
Kona Crust Pizza is one of my family's favorite pizza in Kona. The price is reasonable, and the taste is good compared to the... price. If you order through online, you do not need to wait. If you make an order in person, you need to wait about 40 minutes.If you look for some nice pizza in Kona, Kona Crust definitely could be the place you may want to try! Read more
Update: We went back and the second time around we had much better experience but toppings were still less. However it tasted... pretty good and their garlic knots were amazing. Will go back for them for sure. Last review: First of all they made my orderwrong. I asked for half and half with olive on one side and mushroom on the other side. They put them together, secondly why sostingy with the topping? I could count how many olive and mushroom pieces were in there. I?m actually quite disappointed all Itasted was crust. I think my experience would have been better if they had added a little more topping. Specially if you arepaying $5 more for the topping you should atleast get a bit more. Read more

Great pizza. More NY style, than Kona style, but who cares. Those two gals were working hard to push out pizzas in a fair amount... of time. We did the Manhattan and the Kona.
